Sorry to disappoint you.
In fact, you already know all of the answers.
Eat more vegetables, drink more water, get a good night’s’ sleep, exercise … you can Google ‘how to be healthy’, but you already knew that.
So, we’re done then, right? There’s nothing more I can do to help you?
Well, not so fast. It’s not that easy.
It’s not about the information at all. There’s more than enough good, free information out there.
It’s about making changes that stick. And that, while simple, is not easy.
That’s why I write this blog, and, why I coach. To change lives.
If there’s something that I write here that helps you make a change that sticks, then I’ve done my job.
