I know the feeling. There are good reasons for it.
But you have to be honest with yourself. It’s not your alarm clock’s fault.
You’re probably not going to bed early enough if this is the case.
(Or, you hate what you’re getting to go do, like, your job – but that’s another post.)
The truth is that you (yes, you’re a human) invented the alarm clock, as well as the idea of having to go to work.
And that’s fine. I’m not looking to turn back the clock (get the joke) to the Stone Age where we have no electronics or society.
However, your body really has not changed very much since then.
It does not need an alarm clock to wake up. It already has one built in.
In fact, it works much better than any noisy little thing you have on your night table.
Your body wakes you up when it’s rested & ready.
The good news is that you can live in the 21st Century and still use your 70,000 year-old biological alarm clock, every day.
You just have to get more rest.
