Sometimes the best thing you can eat is … nothing.
About 12 hours every day, in fact.
There’s a lot of talk about it these days. You’ve probably heard terms like ‘feeding window’ or ‘intermittent fasting’ recently.
But, the point is, your body need to digest, repair, and recover.
It’s being shown in more & more studies – that not eating for about 12 hours every day will benefit your health & longevity.
Could it be that simple? If you go to sleep at 9 PM, simply wait until 9 AM to eat food, and, you’ll live longer? Or, if you want to eat at 8 AM, stop eating at 8 PM the night before?
Sounds easy enough to me to try 🙂
