I’ve mentioned before that I am an organic food distributor. So, I see a lot of food products.
Products come in all shapes and sizes. Some have beautiful packaging and lots of money invested into them. Others are in simple, clear cellophane with a Microsoft Word label on them. Plus, the packaging doesn’t mean that one is better for you than the other.
Some will make a big splash into a supermarket near you. Others, you’ll never see, in your entire life, because they’ll be sold in other channels.
For the most part, they are all trying to do something good. Most of the, that’s something good for you. Sometimes it’s for you plus for someone else.
But I’ve never heard of a food product that was the reason a consumer changed their life.
It may have happened. If so, I’d like to read that story.
Otherwise, no. Finding products you love is great. Learning which brands fit with your diet and mission is awesome.
But it’s you who’s got to decide to become healthy. You are the only one who can change your life.
No bar, drink, or chip is going to do that.
