How Much Time Do You Have?

Is there never enough? Are you always running out of it?

Does the time fly? Can you not believe where the days, weeks, months, or years went?

Or, do you have all the time in the world?

This may surprise you, but, the truth is much closer to the last one. You do have all the time that you need. It’s just a question of what you choose to do with it.

What does this randomly philosophical question have to do with your health, mixed in between all of my posts about nutrition, strength, & health?

A lot. You have a choice about how to view time. You can pick the language you speak about it with. You can decide whether or not it is abundant or sparse.

Practicing strong, positive time language and management, especially if this is an area of weakness for you, will make you happier & healthier.
