The importance of a strong morning routine isn’t for when you’ve had a great night’s sleep, you have plenty of free time, and, everything is going well.
The importance of a strong morning routine is for when you’re feeling tired, crappy, or under the gun.
Having a few simple things ingrained as morning habits, which help get your day started, can really keep you on track when you need to be kept on track.
Mine looks like this:
- Have my green drink
- Publish a blog post
- Exercise or meditate
- Varies: could be work time or family time
I very rarely miss 1, 2, or 3.
