I wrote a bit the other day about finding your ‘why’, you’re reason for training, or for wanting to change your diet & health.
To expand on that a bit, your ‘why’ usually comes from a place of pain or darkness. It’s not pretty.
Pretty is on the surface, and, as I said, you’ve got to dig a bit deeper than that.
It can be a bit scary to face up to it. But you’ve got to. Because that’s also where the power to transform comes from.
As painful, dark, or scary as your ‘why’ might be to face, that’s exactly how far you can turn it around in the other direction.
Your fear mirrors your strength.
