The Importance of Strength Training

Your body doesn’t stay the same without strength training; it gets weaker.

That’s why as you get into your late 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, and beyond, you MUST get stronger.

You don’t have to lift heavy weights, although I highly recommend that for anyone who can.

‘Who can’ means: with proper form, foundation of body-weight training, movement, and flexibility.

If you don’t have any of that foundation, it still is not too late to start today.

It is too late to start tomorrow.

You can do ten push-ups today, on your knees if you have to, or take a short walk outside.

As my Coach Zach Even-Esh always says, “that’s 100% more than doing zero.”

After that, let me know if you’re completely lost with what to do next.

I may not become your Strength & Health Coach, but I will be able to point you in the right direction.
