Do you set up your schedule to the point that you regularly feel like you don’t have enough time?
Perhaps you don’t have time for breakfast, or, to workout, or, to read or write a book.
Maybe you’re working and raising a family and, don’t have any time left over for yourself, or for your spouse.
I appreciate a routine with good discipline and clear boundaries.
But the truth is that you have more than enough time to do anything that is important to you.
You simply have to prioritize it.
If you don’t have time to make breakfast, what you’ve already told yourself in advance is that you’re not going to make breakfast, because it’s not that important to you, and, something else is. (Like, sleeping as late as possible.)
So the question is not ‘how much time do you have?’.
The question is, what do you want to do with it?
