The Food That’s Not Food

If you’re struggling a bit with weight & diets, it’s worth considering if the food you eat is the real problem … or not?

Yes, the quantity & quality of the food you eat is very important. But there’s more to health than just that.

If you’re too unhappy in other areas, if there’s too much imbalance (perhaps you’re not paying attention to them at all), you’re going to have a hard time making good choices when it’s time to eat.

I’m talking about areas like: relationships, career, exercise, home or social life, and … joy.

At IIN these are called ‘primary food’.

Small steps in these areas, which fundamental, can lead to big changes to your overall health.
