If you’re looking to get bigger, you’ll need to be serious about your nutrition.
One thing that works (for me) is preparing my workout smoothie the night before.
It has a twofold benefit:
(1) It saves time in the morning.
(2) It eliminates the option to skip a workout; I hate throwing out unused food.
You should be consuming extra protein, if you’re looking to build muscle. Far more protein than the average person.
You should be also be consuming extra vitamins & minerals. Far more of those than the average person as well.
Your workout drink should reflect that, and be in addition to your meals throughout the day.
If you want to be bigger than average, you’ve got eat better than average.
