Most of my posts are about either Nutrition or Strength training, but not all.
Nutrition & Strength training are not the only components of health.
Today I’d like to remind you about Spirituality & Joy.
If you’re miserable, it doesn’t really matter how much you can squat.
When Spirituality & Joy are lacking in your life, you must make time, and make it a priority, to work on them, just like you do when you go to train.
If you can work on your biceps, you can work on your heart & soul too.
You can start to say ‘no’ to things that you really don’t want to do.
You can honor and love yourself.
You can make time, every day, for some silence and gratitude.
These things can make you just as strong & healthy as any salad or workout will.
