Even though this seems like a daunting question, because there are so many gyms, trainers, styles, machines, and programs out there, the answer is actually quite simple:
You’ve got to put in the work.
As much work as you put in, that’s exactly what you’re going to get out.
If you commit to any half-decent program, it’s probably going to work. And you don’t need to be a strength & conditioning expert to determine what a half-decent program is.
Does it have good reviews? Do actual people say that they got results?
Do the coach and environment fit with your mindset?
Does the program seem to lead towards your goal?
There is so much information out there, both free and for a price, that it’s more about making a choice and starting, than anything else.
As my coach says, “Doing something is 100% more than nothing.”
