This is a question I was asked about a Tough Mudder I ran the other day.
It was difficult for the people I ran with who were at the ‘beginning’ stages of their fitness journey … but those people all finished.
You might have to walk, a lot.
You might have to skip more than one obstacle.
But, it’s supposed to be difficult.
If you give it your best, you’ll be surprised.
Not only will you finish it, you just might hurdle a few things you weren’t sure that you could.
