Lately I’ve been training every Monday morning, before work.
Sunday evening is actually a pretty busy evening for me; it’s family day, but I’ve also got a lot of work to do.
Monday is one of the busiest days at the office, so, between Sunday nights & Monday mornings, I could surely use the extra hour or two on Monday morning to be getting work done. (Not training.)
But I purposely rearrange and push other things around to make the workout happen on Monday, because it’s the hardest day.
It would be easier for me to do Tues-Wed-Fri, for example.
But by tackling it on Monday morning, I get my mindset right.
Crush the session, crush the week.
Make it happen.
