What I really want for you is to be as strong as you possibly can be.
You probably work in an office, all day. You’re probably not running around, hunting for food, farming, or constantly moving. (Neither am I.)
But your body is not meant for that. It’s meant to move. It’s meant to pick sh*t up. It’s meant to run.
You’re supposed to have a strong grip. You’re supposed to be able to do a few push-ups and pull-ups. You’re supposed to be able to squat and get your butt all the way down to the floor. You’re supposed to be able to touch your toes.
If you can’t do any of those things, you’re not going to age as well as you can. It’s plain and simple. A strong body fights disease better. A strong body rests better. A strong body means a strong mind.
There are several key areas of life that need your attention. Your Health, Nutrition, Family, & Career are a few.
Your Strength is right there with the others, equally as important, and, one of the easiest ones to fix.
All you have to do is start.
