Never Skip Training

If anything ‘threatens’ my three training sessions per week, I get irritated and defensive. I immediately re-arrange whatever I have to.

I always find a way to get the sessions in, one way or another. I know that life happens. No problem there.

It’s simply that those sessions are non-negotiable for me. I will not miss one.

They don’t just build strength. They build discipline and character. They build confidence.

I don’t think I’ve missed one, even during sickness or injury, for the last three or four years.

And guess what? Over that time, I hit new PR’s (personal records) in the gym almost every time I train.

Slow, STEADY progress is the key.

Make time for it and guard it. Don’t let anything stop you.
