I’ve got a long history of big-time late-night eating, so, I get it. When you’re up late, you feel hungry.
Late-night eating is not always a ‘bad’ thing. There are occasions that it’s fun. And, having fun is part of being healthy too. Like, when you’re out with friends, for example.
I wouldn’t recommend making a regular habit out of it. It will disrupt your sleep, for one thing. And, you might not actually be hungry. You might just be tired.
If it’s a regular thing for you, there are a few questions to ask.
Why are you up so late?
What you are eating so late?
What did you eat during the day?
It’s probable that whatever is missing at night can be filled in a little bit earlier in the day.
