As your coach, your age is not nearly as important to me as your mindset.
So you’re 50. Yes, of course I wouldn’t coach a 50 year-old exactly the same way as I would a 25 year-old.
But there are at least two ways to look at 50.
You can be 50 and feel too old to start getting in shape.
Or, you can be 50 and feel to young to continue out of shape.
In my gym, it’s the latter. At 50, you’ve got another 50 to live for.
