On Having A Little Bit More Energy

You’ve told me that “I wish I had a little more energy.”

The key is ‘little’. Are you doing the little things to support that?

Even better, are you not doing the little things that drain it?

Having a little more energy doesn’t mean that you need to make wholesale change right now.

You can watch a little bit less TV. You can go to be a little bit earlier. You can eat a little bit less sugar. You can drink a little bit less alcohol, and a little bit more water. You can walk a little bit farther today than you did yesterday.

Those are all things you can do today with very little effort … and big results.

Don’t quit anything. Just pick one or two small things to build on.
