If you want to get on the field (or court), play hard, without making any excuses, avoid injury, and breathe, you’ve got to train for it.
And you should. Don’t wait for that once or twice a year, when you go out to play, to be insecure about it.
If you put the work in during the week, you’ll run circles around 95% of the guys you compete against on the weekend.
Not because you have any athletic talent. (If you do, bonus.)
Only because very few other guys your age are working at it.
