I talked a little bit yesterday about how you don’t snap your fingers and ‘get transformed’, but, rather, how you are always transforming.
You’re always transforming in one direction or another. The key is, in which direction are you applying constant pressure?
Are you always learning? Do you enter the room as the dumbest person in the room, or the smartest? (Hint: the smartest person in the room doesn’t think of herself that way.)
Are you pushing for a little more today than you did yesterday? Are you going over the edge that you crossed the day before?
Are you adapting? Are you discarding and changing what didn’t work? Are you repeating what did?
Constant, slow, steady pressure. Small steps.
Big results.
