Basic Training

You probably haven’t done a bear crawl race since you were in fourth grade.

You’ll find that it’s pretty demanding if you try it.

You probably can’t do a set of ten strict push-ups, pull-ups, dips, & squats with full range of motion. (At least, today.)

These are exercises that you don’t need a gym membership or any equipment for, but, if practiced correctly & often, will transform you.

And, if you love weights, or already belong to a gym, you can keep it simple there too.

No fancy new machines, no ‘new’ technology needed.

Squats, presses, deadlifts, cleans, and rows … they aren’t ‘fancy’. They just work.

Basic, simple exercises get results. Period.
