This is a key question when it comes to your health, because going through your day without a purpose can feel like being a ship at sea with no destination.
First of all, there may not be just one thing you are here on this earth to do.
You need to pick one.
Don’t get hung up on it too much. What feels right to you at this point in your life, right now? (Even if that changes later.)
You are here to do something. To share something. To help someone, or improve something. Now.
It has to do with love.
What did you love to do as a child?
This is a good place to start, if whatever you do as a grown-up doesn’t really feel like … you.
Even if lots of other people are doing it already, when you really get specific, you’ll see that your purpose involves doing it in a slightly different way.
A way which no one has ever exactly done before.
You have to start.
Because you won’t figure it out for sure until after you’ve done it for awhile, failed a bit, and then tweaked it.
Everything else before you start is just a guess.
