Go To Bed.

If you’re working out regularly, and eating well in order to be healthy, don’t play games with your sleep.

You’ve got a job. I get it. Sometimes I get home very late too.

There are some nights when you’ll have no choice but to break your routine, go to bed later than usual, and still wake up early the next day. It happens.

Make those your exception, not your rule.

Your rule is that going to be regularly, on time, is a vital part of your well-being. You will not overshoot that to stay up late and watch TV, because rest & recovery is part of your training.

If you want to gain strength & energy, you’ve go to go to bed. Period.
