Just being a little bit healthier than you are right now is perfect.
You don’t need to become a ‘health nut’.
You don’t need to only shop at Whole Foods, and order the kale & quinoa salad for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
You don’t need to train like a bodybuilder or Navy S.E.A.L.
I do recommend more vegetables and exercise, but, that can be in small amounts.
What about 1 or 2 more servings of fruits or vegetables added in per day?
What about doing 10 pushups, 10 squats, and 5 pull-ups (or, something similar but adjusted for your body) every morning?
There are many ways to be a little bit healthier without going overboard or crazy.
In fact, they probably work better, because they’re easier to stick to.
