I write a lot about strength, particularly the kinds you develop from weightlifting.
Short of working on a farm for a few years, there are very few ways to gain strength without lifting weights.
But I want to be clear about something: even though I believe strongly in the power of weightlifting, and, the many benefits it will bring you, it is your specific goals that really determine what’s best for you.
So, that may mean a regimen of simple (but highly effective) bodyweight training.
It may even mean just moving regularly, perhaps with walking or dancing.
There are many different ways to develop strength.
The question is, what do you want your body to look & feel like?
