There Is No ‘One Way’ to Eat

In the winter, I was drinking a lot more coffee than I am now. I was eating a lot more soup, and carbs like rice.

Now I find that my body is craving things more like iced-tea or cold coconut drinks, spinach, beans, and avocados.

There is no ‘one way’ to eat all the time.

You’re body’s needs are changing.

If you’re stuck or fixed into a rigid set of rules, then, you might be doing your body a disservice.
