I write a lot about food, but, if you’re not feeling super-healthy, food isn’t always the problem – even though what you eat may not be as good is it can be.
There are several other key areas of your health that are just as important, if not more, than what you eat.
How are things going at home for you? How about work?
Do you have any kind of spiritual practice? (And, that does not have be going to a church, temple, or mosque.)
Do you spend any time with friends?
These things (career, home life, relationship, spirituality) also feed us.
In fact, many studies have been done which show that we need them to thrive.
We are social beings, we don’t live in isolation.
So, don’t be afraid to explore these things.
If lots of dieting and exercise hasn’t brought you much progress in the past, there might be other reasons why.
