I really don’t like the phrase ‘going to the gym’. It’s vague and, I fear that it simply doesn’t work for many people.
What are you doing at the gym? How often? What’s the goal of your training?
Are you following a program with proven results to get there?
Are you eating and supplementing your diet properly, both with food & vitamins, in alignment with your goals?
Do you have a coach to check in with and ask questions? Are you recording your progress?
If you have been ‘going to the gym’ for years, but, are still in the same place you were when you started, it’s possible that you haven’t answered those questions.
