No one diet works for everyone, but, the truth does.
The reason that most diets work initially, but, almost none stick, is because they usually discourage eating lots of refined carbs, saturated fats, and junk.
That’s true for almost all diets: Paleo, Vegan, Low Carb, etc. They all have at least one thing, the truth, in common.
Once you are brave enough to take a look at what you’re eating – and, that part is not easy by any means – that self-awareness might be enough.
It’s certainly enough to get you started on the path to vitality.
