If there was one correct way to eat, we would know it by now.
Books and blog posts on different diets wouldn’t exist. Neither would weight loss programs, and, possibly, a lot of our medical system.
But there isn’t. What works for me might not work for you, and, certainly not in exactly the same way.
Sure, fruits & vegetables are generally good for most people.
But, you might need more carbs tomorrow than you do today. Eating meat may or may not work for you in a few years.
Don’t be too dogmatic about what you think you need to eat all the time.
