Playground Strong

You can become more than strong enough with zero equipment at all. Just a local playground is all you need.

Basic bodyweight movements (pull-ups, squats, push-ups, and dips) will build you a foundation of strength that’s rock solid.

There’s a reason why these exercises are built into playground structures, and why kids love them: these are our natural movements.

Being able to run, jump, push, pull, and move is part of your DNA.

The more you do it, the more you feel alive.

So, no matter how long it’s been since you played at the playground, it is not too late.
