What you eat is a very important part of your health, but what you is is not your health.
There are many other important areas of life that contribute to your health, such as your: career, finances, relationships, exercise, spirituality, and more.
In fact, you could eat a very clean, well-rounded diet, and be a rather unhealthy person if you’re completely stressed out, for example.
So, not everyone you see walking around with a bottle of green juice & looking fit is necessarily doing well in all areas of life.
This is about you though, not other people. Don’t worry about what you see or hear other people eating.
