What you should eat to be healthier is often very simple.
You’ll probably feel much better with a little more water, fruits, & vegetables. And, with a little less processed food, sugar, and junk.
So the answer is not the big mystery.
But you are complicated. Figuring out how to change your behavior in ways that last is not always simple.
If you can examine the ‘whys’, that’s a good place to begin.
Why do you crave this or that? What did you eat earlier that day? What else is going on in your life at that moment?
Once you see what is actually happening, that’s when making start can start.
