With so much information available to us, there is a strong tendency to look outside of ourselves for all of the answers to things.

It makes sense to use Google when you are curious to know who the thirty-third President was.

But Google can’t tell you how to have a tough conversation with a friend, or, what career path you should take.

This is where having a regular spiritual practice comes in. For me, it’s Qigong (a type of meditation). For you, it might be going to church.

The key is to make it regular, and practice quieting your mind.

Google has gathered almost all of the facts you’ll ever need.

But the truth about your life and the deep answers that you seek are already inside you.

They’ve always been. You may have just forgotten how to find them.
