“The Foods You Cannot Have”

When is the last time you added a new food to your diet, rather than took one out?

One of the reasons that diets generally don’t work is that they tell you what not to eat.

“No: gluten, dairy, soy, histamines, junk food, carbs, animal protein, etc.”

And while that is needed in some cases, this is more of a mindset question.

Isn’t it easier to spend more time thinking about what new, exciting, and healthy foods you can have, rather than brooding over the ones you cannot?
