So you’re going to the gym 3, 4, or even 5 times per week, and you’re not losing weight.
Or, you lose some, but, it doesn’t stay off long-term.
The thing is, you don’t actually have to go to the gym to lose weight.
If it’s just weight loss that’s your goal, making positive changes to what you eat is the place to start.
As you know, I’m a big fan of strength training & exercise.
Most people should be exercising in one way or another.
But if your main goal is to lose weight, and you’re not evaluating what food your putting into your body, then you’ve missed a step.
The combination of going to the gym plus improved diet is what works.
