“I Wish I Could Be More Disciplined …”

This is a something I often hear after people find out how I train, or eat.

Discipline is about sacrifice. The question is not, ‘Do I have discipline?’

The question is ‘What do you want?’

If you want to get into shape, but you aren’t willing to carve out three or four hours per week, then, you don’t want it bad enough.

In order for something new to come into your life, something old has to go.

So, this thing that you want – getting into shape, losing weight – what, exactly, are you willing to give up to get it?

Today is you’re lucky day.

Your wish is about to come true.

If you want it badly enough.
