What Are You Made For?

Whenever a storm is forecast on a workout day I get excited.

Even better if the workout calls for something outdoors, like jump-rope, sled pulls, or sprints.

It’s not always convenient; sometimes I actually change shoes in the middle of a circuit.

For example: if it’s “Squat then Sprint”, it’s also “dry sneakers then wet boots”.

Some people think this is a little crazy.

I say, that’s what boots & hoods are made for.

What are you made for?

To sit inside, and be dry, warm, and comfortable, all the time?

I’m not so sure about that.
