“What Do You Want to Do?”

This is a question from Seth.

I’ve answered it several times in the past year or so. Upon revisiting, the answer changes.

It was interesting to see my own previous responses when I looked today.

A few months ago, I didn’t really know what I wanted to do.

After a little bit of self-discovery, which does take work, simple – yet powerful- answers uncover themselves.

“What do you want to do? Not your job, but your work, now, tomorrow, and in the future.

(If you’re having trouble answering this, you’re going to have trouble moving up, because you’ve abdicated your dream to whomever walks in the door next.)”

I want to coach people to become healthy, strong, and vital.
