“Is It Hard To Go Gluten-Free?”

No. Not if you don’t make it hard.

Lettuce is gluten-free. So is chicken. Most real food is gluten-free.

It can be hard to quit sugar, but it is possible.

The bottom line is, if you’re thinking about going gluten-free, for any reason, you simply need to fill up your plate with lots of healthy, satisfying, nutrient-dense foods. Whole foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, good fats, and proteins (from quality sources if animal based).

And you also need to fill up your life with satisfying relationships, among other things, so that you’re not reaching for a box of cookies when you’re actually lonely or depressed.

All of that takes some work. But you can do it.

And it doesn’t really have anything to do with gluten at all.
