Full Range Of Motion

I’ve recently seen an infomercial that makes me sick. I won’t even link to it here.

A squat is a squat, to full depth – whatever full depth is for you.

If it’s not standard full depth, which is with your butt almost to the floor, that’s fine. You can work on it.

And you can work on it by increasing your range of motion, little by little.

The thing that I see no reason for is ever going down less than what your full range of motion is.

This translates to ALL areas of life. Not just squats.

In my book, you do something well, or you don’t do it at all.
