The Hardest Thing I Do Daily

I write a lot about my early AM lifting sessions. They’re heavy and they are tough.

But they are not the hardest thing I do every day.

The hardest thing I do every day is write, to you.

I’ve been doing it for about five years, daily.

It’s taught me how to get comfortable with fear.

This is something that carries over into all areas of my life: personal and professional.

You don’t have to blog daily. But you do need to put yourself out there, somehow.

It might be to one other person.

But someone needs what you have to offer.

Please share it.
