Why It’s Better To Know Less About Nutrition

The more I learn about nutrition, the more it becomes clear that raising self-awareness of what I don’t know is far more powerful than trying to know more.

This comes from being open, asking good questions, and, trusting that my (or your) body knows best.

I don’t want to know more. I don’t want another hot diet, a newly discovered superfood, or a ground breaking study.

I just want to know a few things that work. I want to know that they work for me, and that they’ve worked for others who came before me, for a long time.
