I write often about how I get up early and train hard.
How that sets the tone for me to conquer anything that follows.
A pressure deadline at work is nothing if I’ve already deadlifted 300 pounds in a freezing cold garage.
But the training is not the hardest thing I do every day.
The hardest thing I do every day is write, to you.
It forces me to expose myself. To dance with fear. To be brave.
