Empty Food

The other day I went to a ‘food court’ that had zero actual food.

Not even one option on the menu that counted as nutrition, to me.

I wasn’t surprised; you’ve seen them before a thousand times as well.

The line was long though. The kids were hungry.

Since there were only empty calories on the menu, buying nothing was a good choice.

What’s the point of paying for emptiness?

If you do, you’re just going to be hungry twenty minutes, later because what you ate had nothing inside of it.
