Why 4:30 AM?

It’s 11 PM and I’m on the train home. I’ve been working since 7 AM.

I’m not proud of the fact that I didn’t make it home in time to see my family tonight.

But I did go strong for 15 hours, and, here’s how:

I ripped a killer session in the garage at 4:30 AM.

It was a short but heavy circuit of power cleans, sumo deadlifts, ring pushups, and, lunge jumps; all for time.

Simple. Short. Stronger today than I was yesterday.

Ready to get to work after that, without a doubt.
