What A Good Night’s Sleep Means to Me.

I think about my relationship with sleep all day long; if it’s not at the forefront of my mind, it’s in the background.

Everything I do from the first minute I wake up is, in part, preparing for going back to sleep.

For me, that means in bed early, after as complete a day as possible, sleeping soundly, then waking up early & energized, for one more chance at it.
