One theory states that excess carbs are at the root of the obesity epidemic.
Another theory states that some people can thrive on high-carb diets.
Here’s the thing: there is no conflict between those two theories.
There is only conflict in their practice.
It is absolutely possible that a person might not be obese on a high-carb diet.
It is also possible that they could.
We would need to examine the person’s diet (and other things) to know for sure 🙂
